We maintain a low teacher-to-child ratio, ensuring your baby receives plenty of individual attention and nurturing care. We have 3 permanent teachers look after 10 babies.

We build close, trusting relationships by responding to your baby’s needs promptly, offering comfort, and creating a calm, predictable environment. We have a key teacher assigned to help your child to settle during transition period.

Yes, we respect and follow your baby’s individual routines for sleeping, feeding, and play.

We follow strict hygiene standards, including frequent hand washing, sanitising toys during the day and surfaces, safe nappy-changing routines, and steam carpet every Friday.

We follow our Child Health Policy and will contact you immediately and care for your child until you arrive. Our team is trained in infant first aid.

All incidents will be recorded down and ask for your signature. Any incidents above child’s neck, we will give you a call and explain it to you and will keep close eyes on in next 30 minutes.

Transitions are based on your child’s readiness, not just age. We work closely with you to make the move gentle and positive.

Please provide nappies, bottles, formula/breast milk (if needed), a change of clothes, and comfort items (like a dummy or cuddly). We’ll let you know if anything else is needed.

We understand that sometimes delays happen. Please let us know if you’re running late, and your baby will be cared for until you arrive.
